Yep: determine and prioritize the highest impact stuff , allocate time/resources to that, minimal attn or automation for the low priority stuff.

Shawn Blanc has a good note on this: A Saturday morning one chooses to spend sorting emails into folders might SEEM productive, but if the opportunity cost is the higher value activity of family time, it’s more “productive” to heavy up energy to that vs email.
