Great post, Paul. You’re so right that the culture today glamorizes startups and being your own boss. But behind the curtain it’s hard as fuck and isn’t for just anyone. I myself am on the fence if I’d even be good at it, although it’s a long-term dream of mine to someday start something. Lots to think about and unpack from your post. Good stuff!
