An Unexpected Side Effect Of Building Self-Confidence
Over the past two months, I’ve been working on my self-confidence.
I’ve been learning to say what’s on my mind, express my opinion even if it might upset others, not apologize for stuff that doesn’t warrant an apology, and proudly own the space I take up in this world.
Along with my own sheer willpower (*pats self on back*), I have Dr. Aziz Gazipura to thank. Dr. Gazipura is a confidence expert and author of the book that got me on this journey: Not Nice.
It’s unveiled a bolder me I didn’t know existed.
It’s like a whole different person is bursting out from inside my old self, Alien style, and saying/doing things I never thought I’d say/do.
